Image Fluorinol® is a fluoropolymer coated product used extensively in the automotive industry. At American Nickeloid, we can offer Fluorinol® in multiple gloss levels on aluminum substrates. Fluorinol® is available in various shades of black as well as other colors as requested. Fluorinol® is ideal for many trim moldings and exterior applications, featuring excellent weather resistance that has been proven with over twenty years of exposure.

Material testing, including adhesion and corrosion resistance, are performed according to ASTM standards as well as additional customer requirements.

Fluorinol® is offered on coils between 0.008" to 0.097" thick with widths ranging from 12" to 60". Coated coils can be slit or cut to specific lengths to meet customer requirements. Blanket order releases, kanbans, and JIT shipping schedules can be used to accommodate a range of production volume and lead time requirements.
